Please read before making a purchase!

Each silicone doll is unique and will have imperfections. Each reborn is painted by the artist and paint inconsistencies may occur. Silicone seam lines are completely normal. We thank you for considering our hand made art.

Please consider all of the terms listed :
1. All babies are final sale.
2. No refunds or exchanges.
3. No order cancellation.

Shipping Address Changes:
- Shipping addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not be fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advised reaching out to the shipping carrier. 

USPS is fully responsible for your package once we have dropped it off. For any claims please contact USPS customer service.
